As President of Add Ventures, Inc., Todd has established one of the most successful and referred comprehensive Building Services, Construction, and Maintenance companies servicing the greater New York and Northern New Jersey area. Todd has been a member and sits on the board of directors for the Hudson Valley Chapter of the Community Association Institute, (CAI), since 2003 and served as chapter president in 2014. He is also certified as a GAF, Master Elite® roofing professional and is EPA Lead Supervisor.

We were most impressed when we saw one of the owners sitting on the grass having lunch and conversation with his employees.
